Underground transport systems are a common phenomenon in a Chrysanthemum nursery. Hatches installed in the concrete floor of the aisle and provide an easy access. The hatches as well as their supports in the floor are made of totally galvanised steel, ensuring a long life.
The hatches are available in three different types, sliding hatches, hinged hatches, steam hatches. Sliding hatches are removed manually. Hinged hatched are opened with the help of a gas pressure spring. Steam hatches are situated over the steam pipeline connecting the steam pipeline with the main line. The latter is used for machines from Bercomex and B.T.M.
All hatches are built for a point load of 1500 kg and are consistent with CE-standards.
Guide clamps
Guide clampsGuide clamps are galvanised steel clamps with guide strips used for assembling conveyor chutes and supporting the conveyor belt. Supports are available in different sizes either with or without steam guidance. They are used on conveyor systems from Bercomex and B.T.M.

Electrical planting cart
Electrical planting carts are produced from steel, powder coated with an aluminium finishing. Equipped with 8 wheels, the carts are driven by a 24Volts direct current motor and operated from a potentiometer. The teflon wheels enable the cart to run on heating pipes.
The planting carts can carry up to 1.5 pallets with sprigs. After loading the carts rolls to the planting site. While one person spreads the sprigs on the plateau on the front four others plant the sprigs. In the meanwhile the carts rolls slowly backward. After planting the front plateau is tipped up and the batteries are recharged. Transporting the carts is done by fork lift.
Sprig carts
These carts are meant to transport pallets with sprigs from storage to the planting cart or robot. They enable efficient work by coupling the carts to one another.
Throughed installations
Throughed installation are devices installed on the machine transporting the flowers. By u-shaping the conveyor belt flowers will stay in the middle which will improve the efficiency of the process.
Steel combs
Combs are one of our new products. They support the flowers planted in the paths and increase the number of peduncles per square meter. During harvest they can be folded easily. Combs are galvanized and guarantee thus a long lifetime.
Monorail service cart 3200
The monorail cart has been developed specially for the glasshouse branch. As the name makes clear the cart can be hung on the mono rails if present in the glasshouse. It is driven from an electric motor and can accommodate one person. They have several functionalities, mostly to reach places otherwise not accessible and are used for cleaning or installing/maintaining assimilation lights, screens et cetera.

This cart, our newest product still in development, is electrically driven from an engine with a so-called blink-battery. Its aluminium construction is very light. Bud removing is done by three persons, kneeling against the chest supports. Depending on the height of the plant bed it can be raised or lowered.

The moving cart enables you to transport all above and below mentioned carts from one monorail to another.

Mother cart on main pathway
The mother cart enables you to transport all above mentioned carts. Since this cart is equipped with wheels is can easily be transported to and through the greenhouse. It can be customised to special requirements.
Monorail mother cart Crop inspection bike For greenhouses where pathways are fully planted this inspection bike is a must. Inspection of the bed is enabled by this mono rail bike as well as repair of lamps and irrigation.
This cart hangs above the main pathway and is move manually. It is used for moving the crop spraying cart, repair cart or bud removing cart. Depending on requirements it can be made to order.
Pit cover
In the processing hall where flowers are bundled and packed the conveyor belt surfaces. To secure the empty space beside the pit covers as well as the safety fence can be delivered.
Battery cart
This battery cart is built to customers’ requirements and is also used to charge blink-batteries.
Weigher supports
These supports or carts are used in horticulture to carry weighers and are customised to requirements.
General monorail cart
This cart can be used for any application thinkable within nurseries and are customised to the needs.
